About OUTR

The Government of Odisha established the Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR), Bhubaneswar, by upgrading the College of Engineering & Technology under the Odisha University of Technology and Research Act, 2021 (Odisha Act 17 of 2021). The University became operational on 8 October 2021, as per Notification No. SDTE-HTE-HTE-II-0012-2021/4578.

Its First Statutes, 2022 were notified on 9 February 2023 (Notification No. SDTE-HTE-HTE-II-0012-2022/1075). The University is governed by the Act and its Statutes. OUTR aims to promote excellence in technical education, research, and innovation, serving as a center for advanced technological development.

About ICIMSP 2027

The International Conference on Intelligent Machine and Signal Processing (ICIMSP 2027) is a premier forum that brings together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to share recent advances in intelligent systems, machine learning, signal processing, embedded technologies, and allied interdisciplinary fields.

The conference fosters innovation, collaboration, and knowledge exchange through keynote talks, technical sessions, and networking opportunities, addressing emerging challenges and future research directions.

ICIMSP 2027 will be held in hybrid mode, enabling both in-person and virtual participation. The program includes keynote lectures, industry panels, paper presentations, and student competitions.
