Formatting

• Springer format - Use official template
• 6-8 pages including references & figures
• PDF format - Max 10 MB file size
• All fonts must be embedded
• No transparent pixels in images
• No PDF security protection

Submission

• Enter all authors accurately
• Follow Springer conference template
• Remove identifying info for blind review
• One author must register upon acceptance

Ethics & Policies

• Originality: Original & unpublished work only
• Plagiarism: All submissions will be checked
• Authorship: All authors must have contributed
• Conflicts: Must be disclosed during submission
• Multiple Submissions: Not permitted

Proceedings Publication

• Publisher: Springer Nature Group (Subject to final approval)
• Indexing: Scopus, DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, SCImago
• Status: Subjected to final approval by Springer
• All accepted & presented papers will be published

Extra Page Charges

• Indian Authors: ₹1,770 per extra page beyond 6 pages
• International Authors: $40 per extra page beyond 6 pages
• Maximum allowed pages: 8 pages total
• Charges apply only after acceptance

Additional Guidelines

• Papers must be written in clear English
• Use SI units for measurements
• Figures must be clear and readable
• Tables should have proper headings
• References must follow Springer style
