Key Policies
- 1. Mandatory Registration: At least one author per accepted paper must register for inclusion in the proceedings.
- 2. Paper Presentation: At least one author must present the paper. No-show papers will be excluded.
- 3. Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. No cancellations allowed.
- 4. Multiple Papers: For two papers by the same author, an additional 50% of the base fee will be charged.
- 5. Extra Pages: ₹1,770 per page (India) / $40 per page (International) beyond 6 pages (max 8 pages).
- 6. Verification: Students must provide a valid institute ID. IEEE members must provide membership card.
- 7. Certificates: Presentation certificates issued to presenting authors. Payment receipts provided.
